The reporter got the information from the organizing commit tee of China (Humen) International Fashion Fair that the date and location of 13th China (Humen) International fashion Fair which enjoys intensive attention in the industry are settled. This pageant will be held in Humen from Nov. 21 to Nov. 25, 2008, with the main venue in Humen Huanghe Fashion City.
It is sponsored by Dongguan People's Government of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Association of Apparel & Omaments Industries, Guangdong Fashion Designs Association and Humen Town People's Government of Dongguan; assisted by CCTV, China Textile News, China Fashion Weekly, Fashion Times, Garment World issued in Hong Kong, Dongguan Textile & Apparel Association and Humen Huanghe fashion models City; supported by China Garment Association, China Fashion Designers Association (CFDA), Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong Productivity Council; and organized by Humen Association of Apparel & Omaments Industries of Dongguan, Humen Fashion Designs Association of Dongguan and Textile & Fabric Branch of Humen Association of Apparel & Omaments Industries. Beijing New Silk Road Culture Transmission Co., Ltd. will be responsible for all the show performance.
With the theme of centralizing fashion and enjoying the future, the fair is connected with many splendid activities, such as opening ceremony, exhibition of various garment, textile, fabric, accessories, garment machine, business negotiation and order fair, fashion trend seminar, enterprise fashion show, international fashion show, 9th Humen Cup International Youth Design Contest (Women's Wear), news release, booth image contest, huge scale freworks cultural performance, reception of closing ceremony, etc.
It is said there are 36 venues and 16 high-level fashion modeling shows in the fair where famous models in and out of China will participate in performance.
The fair is the right platform to demonstrate products of garment enterprises through model interpretation, and the feature, cultural connotation and fashion factors of brands will be interpreted vividly.
